☆ Star Shooter ☆

Star Shooter is a 2D shump (Shoot 'em up) set in space. It features a random free life mechanic to players who live long.

Current Version: v1.0

v0.1: Added scripts and sprites.
v0.2: Added functioning shooting and movement mechanics.
v0.3: Added amazing space background painted by @nopestayaway
v0.4: Added space rock mechanics and game download key. Requires an itch.io account to update the game but not necessary for download.
v0.5: Removed cloud high scores.
v0.6: Tweaked the controls. Edited the Game Over/Credits screen.
v0.7: Tweaked movement controls but not shooting controls. Added random free life system. Added sound when you have 1 life remaining. (Pokemon low HP sound)
v0.7.1: Removed low health sound as it is annoying.
v0.7.2: Faster space rocks. Random lives given in less random time for compensation with the aforementioned change.
v1.0: Full Release! Added hit sound effect. Bug fixes to come.
