CAIP (Tool v1.1, Docs 2019-09-02)

NEW PATCH AVAILABLE. Fixes issues with URLs and improves the documentation.

I just finished this extremely late update to CAIP.

The configuration file is much more easier to understand and now features a way to execute files in sub-directories.

CAIP v1.0 configuration files can be converted into CAIP v1.1 config.CAIP11 files.

1st Line: CAIP -> customName=CAIP

2nd Line: 1 -> fgCLR=1

3rd Line: 0 -> bgCLR=0

4th Line: 1 -> execType=1
